What is the capacity of the venue?
Giardino di Zago hosts events for 20 to 230 guests. Every space in the venue is modular and can be set up according to the style of the event, always creating a harmonious, welcoming, and refined atmosphere.
Is the location exclusive?
Yes. Giardino di Zago is rented exclusively for one event per day. This guarantees total privacy, customizable setups, and an experience dedicated solely to your guests. We do not host multiple events at the same time, nor do we rent individual rooms.
Is it possible to hold the ceremony on site?
Unfortunately, we are not a town hall, but we organize symbolic ceremonies among the olive trees, in our gardens, or on the panoramic terrace overlooking the Chianti hills.
Are you a restaurant?
No. Giardino di Zago is a venue for private events and weddings, not a restaurant open to the public. Each event is tailor-made, with no standard menus or pre-packaged solutions.
Do you have a plan B in case of rain?
Absolutely. Every event is guaranteed a perfect alternative solution: a 220 m² tensile structure and a bright indoor hall allow you to enjoy a flawless day without worrying about the weather.
Services and customization
Do you offer in-house catering services?
We collaborate with selected high-end caterers specializing in weddings and events. The gastronomic offerings are fully customizable: from traditional Tuscan cuisine to contemporary fine dining.
Can we rent just the venue without catering?
Yes, we offer a location-only package with logistical support and maximum freedom for customization, but professional catering services are always mandatory to ensure the success of the event.
Is it possible to customize the spaces and layout?
Of course. Every space is at your disposal to be arranged according to your tastes and needs.
Can we bring our suppliers?
Yes, we guarantee maximum freedom of choice. Alternatively, we are happy to recommend a network of selected partners to ensure quality and peace of mind: wedding planners, flower designers, photographers, musicians, and much more.
Until what time is music permitted?
Outdoor music is permitted until 11:30 p.m. The party then continues in our private indoor disco, which is soundproofed and fully equipped. Our standard closing time is 2:00 a.m., but we can extend this by prior arrangement.
Logistics and guests
Do you have indoor parking and loading/unloading areas for suppliers?
Yes, the location has a large private indoor parking lot that is easily accessible and included in the rental price. Each area is easily accessible by car or van for suppliers to load and unload.
Do you have on-site accommodation or agreements with nearby facilities?
We do not have accommodation on site, but we have farmhouses and villas just a few minutes away from the location. We can coordinate guest accommodation and transfer services upon request.
Is the location accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, the main areas of the venue are accessible to people with reduced mobility. We can reserve dedicated parking spaces and entrances upon request.
Can we arrange a visit or video call tour?
Of course. We receive visitors by appointment to ensure a personalized welcome and a private tour of the premises. For those who live abroad or are unable to visit in person, it is also possible to book a video call.
Reservations and costs
What are the booking and payment methods?
The date is reserved upon signing the contract and paying the deposit. The balance must be paid one week before the event and can be divided into customized installments. We accept all types of payment: bank transfer, credit card, and international payments.
Are there any extra costs besides the venue rental?
No, there are no surprises. All services requested in the quote will be specified during the appointment. Any extras related to special requests (additional security, night transfers, extra hours, etc.) will be highlighted in the proposal.
